About Us

AUSTRALIAWIDE Training & Coaching Solutions is our new name and more closely matches who we are and what we do today.
 

We began in Perth, Western Australia, in 1988 as Advanced Management & Training (AMT) to provide training, coaching and consulting solutions to clients, particularly in the areas of managing their organisation, their teams and themselves.
 

In our early days we promoted high powered seminars on business, personal development and accelerated learning. We brought to Perth, Robert Kiyosaki’s (international best selling author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”) suite of programs and Stephanie Burns (leading trainer in accelerated learning and neuro linguistics programming). We have incorporated much of the learning and the methodologies from these great seminars into many of our programs and services today.
 

In 1990 we were approached by a WA pharmacist to tackle some people management problems in his business. That began a long association with the pharmacy industry that continues today.

We are currently servicing over 500 pharmacies around Australia with a team of over 60 highly skilled facilitators and trainers, coaches and consultants from Cairns in Queensland to Broome in Western Australia see current client locations.
 

We want other businesses to benefit from our programs and services and recent additions to our clientele include two large car dealerships, a private school, a leading optometrist, a large air conditioning firm, a leading signmaking company and a chain of nursing homes.
